Display or sell your product or service at this wonderful event
Booth space is limited, so reserve early. In addition to the application, ALL vendors that plan
to sell food or drink items, or even provide free samples, MUST obtain approval
from Ventura County Environmental Health. No food or drink products will be
permitted without prior approval. For approval contact Arnulfo (A.C.) Carbajal
at County of Ventura Environmental Health Department at 805-648-9246.
Please be advised this is a Chocolate Festival and that all exhibitors
are required to sell some products that are chocolate related. Non-chocolate companies
(e.g. banks, mortgage groups, etc.) are required this year to arrange for at least 50 pounds
of Chocolate for sale at their booth in 1 or 2 dollar size packages. Raffling of
Chocolate baskets is not being accepted this year as a substitute for having
chocolate for sale. There are some exceptions depending on your product line.
Last year, an estimated 24,000 people attended this event and as a result, several booths
ran out of chocolate within just a few hours on the first day. Please make sure that you
have ample supply of chocolate goods on hand to sell to the public. We would like to make
this year’s Chocolate Festival smooth and profitable for everyone. We thank you in advance
for your cooperation.
